If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned for a change of size or a refund within 14 days from the date of shipment.


The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments on our part, he is required to follow the same instructions as above. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to our warehouse. All returned items are inspected and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns.


To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the email within 14 days of receiving the goods. The email must specify the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: size change or partial/total refund. Once we have received the return request, we will send the customer written confirmation by email. The return can be made by Bartolini courier within the terms indicated in the confirmation email. In the return method made for size change, the return shipment will be charged to the customer. It is possible to exchange only for a different size, if available. It is not possible to exchange the garment for a different article. In the return method made for reimbursement, the return shipment will be charged to the Customer. The cost of the return shipment is €10.00 for Italy and €20.00 for all other countries, which will be deducted from the final refund due. The return of the items must be received at the address provided in the reply email within 14 days of the Customer's written authorization from the Returns department.
